The aircraft record
Make, model, year, serial, category, home base, hourly rate, fuel type, capacity and burn, and an equipment list including autopilot and glass cockpit.
A photo per aircraft, used across the fleet views.
Hobbs and tach carried on the aircraft and advanced automatically by every check-in.
Insurance provider, policy number, and expiry, with the expiry surfaced before it lapses.
Weight and balance configuration per airplane, with a calculator that computes the loaded moment and a crosswind component for the runway in use.
Airworthiness
Inspection timers per aircraft on the AV1ATE items: annual, 100-hour, transponder, static system, ELT, and VOR checks, each tracked by date or by hours as appropriate.
Countdowns show what is coming due and what is overdue, computed from the airframe time the check-ins keep current.
Status is one of airworthy, maintenance, grounded, or retired, and only airworthy aircraft can be booked.
Grounding an airplane opens a review work order automatically, so a grounding is never just a status nobody wrote down.
Work orders and documents
Work orders with number, title, description, type, priority, due date or due hours, assignee, estimated and actual labor hours, and estimated and actual cost.
