Auto-invoicing
An invoice generates automatically when a flight is marked complete, instead of being created by hand afterward.
Self-service payment portal
Students log in anytime to see their balance and pay it, rather than waiting on staff to send a charge.

Questions
Why isn’t there a self-serve signup?
Every school’s roles, fleet, and rate structure are different enough that a form can’t set it up correctly. A short call means your account is right on day one instead of getting patched for the first month.
Why billed annually?
Per-aircraft pricing is quoted as an annual rate. If monthly billing works better for your cash flow, say so on the call. That’s a conversation, not a rule.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. Most schools start on Starter or Professional and move up as their fleet or operations grow. Nothing about the data changes, so there’s no migration involved.
What counts as an aircraft for billing?
Any tail number active in your fleet roster, including ones temporarily down for maintenance. Aircraft you’ve archived don’t count.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The per-aircraft price is what you pay. Onboarding, migration of your existing fleet and student roster, and initial training are included.
What does Enterprise pricing depend on?
Number of locations, total fleet size, and which extensions you turn on. We’ll give you an exact number on the call, not a range.
