One plan. Ten dollars per aircraft.
No tiers to compare and no feature held back for a bigger plan. Whether you are a club with two airplanes or a school with twenty, you pay for aircraft and never for adding a person.
We take no cut of what you charge
Rental, instruction and member dues all go to your own Stripe account. Not through ours. We charge for the software and nothing else, and there is no percentage on top.
Bank transfer: 0.8%, capped at $5
When a student or renter pays by bank transfer instead of a card, Stripe charges 0.8% capped at five dollars. On a $5,000 prepaid block that is $5 instead of about $145. The cap does not move no matter how large the payment is. Cards still work exactly as before, and every cent of the difference stays with you, because we never took a percentage in the first place.
Bank transfers clear in 3 to 5 business days. You can switch them off in Settings if you would rather have the money sooner.

Curriculum and training records

Questions
Is that really the whole price?
Yes. $10 per aircraft per month, everything included, unlimited people. The only other line item is the curriculum add-on at $25 a month if you want training records, and you can turn that on and off yourself.
What do you take from the payments my students make?
Nothing. Payments go directly to your own Stripe account, not through ours, and we take no percentage. The only deduction is Stripe’s own processing fee, which is between you and Stripe.
How much is the processing fee?
It depends which way your student pays. A card is Stripe’s usual rate. A bank transfer (ACH) is 0.8% capped at $5, so a $5,000 prepaid block costs $5 to accept instead of about $145 on a card. Bank transfers take 3 to 5 business days to clear, and you can switch them off if you would rather have the money sooner.
What counts as an aircraft for billing?
Any tail number active in your fleet roster, including ones temporarily down for maintenance. Aircraft you have archived do not count.
Do I have to talk to anyone to get started?
No. Create your account, set your own password, and you are in. The 14 day trial starts immediately and does not need a card. If you would rather have someone walk you through it, the contact form still reaches us.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing disappears. We will ask for a card to keep going, and the price is the same $10 per aircraft you saw above. If you decide against it, your data is still yours and we will export it for you.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The per-aircraft price is what you pay. Onboarding, migration of your existing fleet and roster, and initial training are included.
